    The order lands

    A confirmation email arrives straight away. The number in it is your order number, not a tracking number — nothing to track yet.

  2. 02

    It leaves in 48h

    Within two working days the box is out of the warehouse. That is when the shipping email goes out, and that email carries the tracking number.

  3. 03

    The number wakes up

    A fresh tracking number can sit blank for a few days before the first scan shows. Empty at the start is normal and does not mean anything went wrong.

    On the way

    Tracked door to door, wherever you are. Typical delivery window is 5–10 business days from the day it ships.
